Flamin' S'mores is a challenge level exercise for coloring flames and objects in dark settings

This project was created for The Underpainters membership community in September 2023. Every month, members receive a new challenge image plus guidebook full of helpful learning aids, annotated photo references, and process pics. Students then challenge themselves to complete the image assignment independently using a medium and colors of their choice.

THIS IS NOT A STEP-BY-STEP CLASS AND IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS OR INTERMEDIATES.

This package includes the original printable materials given to The Underpainters. You also have access to videos covering key parts of the coloring process and a demo/discussion student-driven livestream. Like all Underpainters projects, the challenge is to complete the project WITHOUT intensive instruction and follow-me demonstrations.

Flamin' S'mores is ideal for coloring with Copic or other alcohol marker, colored pencil, or watercolor.
